SHIPPING POLICY
Thank you for shopping with Sidity Strands. Please review our shipping policy carefully before placing your order.
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after your order is placed. Processing time includes order review, payment verification, packaging, and preparation for shipment.
Business days do not include weekends or holidays.
Please note that processing times may be extended during high-volume periods, sales, launches, holidays, or in the event of unforeseen circumstances.
Shipping Time
Once your order has been processed and shipped, delivery typically takes 1–2 business days, depending on the shipping carrier and destination.
Estimated Delivery Time
Most orders are delivered within 2–5 business days total from the date the order is placed.
Please note that delivery timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed.
Shipping Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that includes your tracking information. Please allow time for tracking updates to appear once the label has been created.
Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the shipping destination and selected shipping method.
Any promotional shipping offers will be clearly stated on the website when available.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for ensuring that all shipping information is entered correctly at checkout.
Sidity Strands is not responsible for delays, losses, or misdeliveries caused by incorrect, incomplete, or invalid shipping information provided by the customer.
If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us immediately at shopsidity@gmail.com. We cannot guarantee changes can be made once an order has been submitted or processed.
Delayed Shipments
While we work hard to ensure timely delivery, Sidity Strands is not responsible for shipping delays caused by:
- carrier delays
- severe weather
- holidays
- natural disasters
- service interruptions
- incorrect address entry
- other events outside of our control
Shipping delays do not qualify for refunds.
Lost Packages in Transit
If your package appears to be lost in transit, please contact us at shopsidity@gmail.com as soon as possible. We will do our best to assist you in locating the package and, when applicable, guide you through the carrier claim process.
Delivered but Missing Packages
If your tracking information shows that your package has been delivered, but you cannot locate it, please:
- verify the shipping address provided at checkout
- check around your delivery area
- check with neighbors, household members, or building management
- contact the shipping carrier directly
Sidity Strands is not responsible for packages that are marked as delivered by the carrier.
Refused or Undeliverable Packages
If an order is refused or returned due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or any issue not caused by Sidity Strands, the customer is responsible for any reshipping fees.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Order Changes & Cancellations
We cannot guarantee order changes or cancellations once an order has been placed. If you need assistance, please contact us immediately at shopsidity@gmail.com.
If your order has already been processed or shipped, changes and cancellations may no longer be possible.
Damaged Shipping Packages
If your package arrives visibly damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at shopsidity@gmail.com and include:
- your full name
- order number
- clear photos of the packaging
- clear photos of the item(s)
We will review the issue and determine the next steps.
