No Returns or Exchanges
Due to the hygienic nature of hair products, we do not accept returns or exchanges under any circumstances.
This policy applies to all products sold by Sidity Strands, including but not limited to:
- raw hair
- virgin hair
- bundles
- closures
- frontals
- wigs
- tape-ins
- clip-ins
- custom orders
- made-to-order items
- colored or customized items
Once an order has been placed, it is considered final.
No Refunds
We do not issue refunds for any reason, including but not limited to:
- dissatisfaction with texture, color, or length
- change of mind
- failure to read the product description
- incorrect product selection by the customer
- improper handling after delivery
- shipping delays caused by the carrier
- packages marked as delivered by the carrier
- natural variations in color, texture, or pattern
Please review all product details carefully before completing your purchase.
Product Variations
Because our products are made from human hair, slight variations in color, texture, wave pattern, and overall appearance may occur.
These natural variations are normal and do not qualify an order for return, exchange, refund, or store credit.
Order Accuracy
Customers are responsible for reviewing their order carefully before submitting payment, including:
- product type
- texture
- length
- quantity
- lace type
- color selection
- shipping information
Once an order is placed, we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you believe you received the wrong item or your order arrived damaged, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery at shopsidity@gmail.com.
Please include:
- your full name
- your order number
- clear photos of the item received
- clear photos of the packaging
- a brief description of the issue
Once reviewed, Sidity Strands will determine the appropriate next steps, if applicable.
Delivered Packages
Once a package has been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, Sidity Strands is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact the shipping carrier directly.
Policy Agreement
By placing an order with Sidity Strands, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Returns Policy in full.
