Due to the nature of our products and hygiene standards, ALL SALES ARE FINAL. We do not offer refunds.
Final Sale
All hair products sold by Sidity Strands are final sale, including but not limited to:

Bundles
-
Wigs
-
Closures
-
Frontals
-
Clip-ins and tape-ins
-
Custom colored hair
-
Custom wigs
-
Clearance or promotional items
Once hair has been removed from its original packaging, altered, worn, installed, washed, cut, or colored, it is no longer eligible for return or exchange.
Exchanges (Unopened Items Only)
We accept exchanges only if all of the following conditions are met:

Item is unused, unopened, and in original packaging

Exchange request is made within 48 hours of receipt

Item is returned within 3 business days after approval
-
Customer is responsible for all exchange-related costs
Exchanges are permitted for equal or greater value only. Any price difference must be paid before the exchange is processed.
Non-Exchangeable Items
The following items are not eligible for exchange:

Custom color services
-
Custom wigs
-
Wigs longer than 24”
-
Altered lace or cut wefts
