To provide a seamless and elevated experience for our Austin clients, we offer scheduled local pickup for select items from The Sidity Vault.

Local pickup is a curated service designed for clients who prefer in-person collection while maintaining the luxury standard of Sidity Strands.

Eligible Items

Local pickup is available exclusively for hair extensions purchased from The Sidity Vault.

How Local Pickup Works

All orders must be placed through our website prior to pickup.

At checkout, enter code SIDITYATX to select local pickup for eligible orders.

Order Cutoff Time

To ensure each order is properly prepared, all local pickup orders must be placed by 2:00 PM on the day of your selected pickup window.

Orders placed after this time will be scheduled for the next available pickup window.

Scheduled Pickup Windows

Tuesday and Thursday
6:30 PM to 8:30 PM

Saturday
9:00 AM to 2:00 PM

Pickup is available only during the scheduled windows listed above. Orders will not be available outside of these times.

Important Information

Local pickup is reserved exclusively for online orders from The Sidity Vault.

We do not offer walk-in shopping, in-person browsing, or on-site purchasing.

Our location is not a retail storefront or showroom.

All orders must be fully paid prior to pickup.

Once your order is prepared, you will receive pickup confirmation and instructions.
